I placed a reorder of the same product we have been using for years. The checks arrived on thinner/lighter weight paper. The paper feels like regular cheap copy paper and not what we've received with previous orders (OF THE SAME THING). The price was the same as previous orders, so there was not a price difference that would signal a difference in quality.
The invoice sent when orders are final does not display the original payment method used. On the website, where it does show that I used my credit card, the "Print" function never works. I've tried two browsers and all of the settings. This makes it very difficult to submit reimbursement.
