I made an order and never received it. 20 days later I called, and they said they would make a note. We will see if it arrives, I do not have it in hand still and we are now 21 days from order day.

Unexplained Order Production/Shipment Delay

I still have not received my anniversary labels. Order was placed on 1/10/25, three weeks ago as of today. I ordered mailing labels at the same time, and they were received on 1/17/25. Called on 1/22/25 and spoke with a very nice woman who also could not explain why they hadn't been shipped yet but said she would send an 'urgent request' to the production department to check on the status.

No tracking information

The shipping information did not provide a tracking number. The first order was not received by week 3 so I had to cancel and re-order. If your company had provided tracking information this would have been able to be prevented
