My order arrived damaged, with a significant portion of the flooring broken and unusable. The company is unwilling to replace it, stating it was a "job lot sale," and they are refusing to issue a refund for the unusable flooring. This has left me with insufficient materials to complete my project, delaying my family's move into our new home. The customer service team has not been helpful in addressing this issue, and we continue to pay rent while waiting for the seller to resolve it.
My order arrived in poor condition, with significant damage to the flooring. The company refuses to provide a replacement, claiming it was a "job lot sale." They are also denying any refund for the unusable pieces, leaving me with not enough intact materials to finish my floor. This has postponed my family's move into our new home, and customer service has not been helpful in resolving the issue. We are still paying rent while waiting for the seller to respond.
The Art-Deco style tiles are of excellent quality and match the retailer's photos perfectly. However, the delivery process was lacking. As of 29/12/2025, my order status was still showing as "on its way" since 10/12/2025. The first delivery attempt was poorly managed, especially considering the extra charge for nationwide delivery. I had to reach out multiple times for updates, and the delivery person contacted me unexpectedly while I was at work. Eventually, I received the order safely after coordinating with the delivery company, but the overall experience was frustrating.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company. My experience was disappointing, as only half of my items were delivered, and I had to constantly follow up on my order. Promised return calls were never made, and I was informed that my items were in transit when they hadn't even left the warehouse, leading to extra costs for my builders. Attempts to escalate the issue to management were futile, and I am still waiting for a callback regarding my complaint. I will not be returning in the future.
I have yet to receive my order. With a shipping fee of €13.50, I expected better tracking options, but the status only shows that it's on its way since 4/12. I ordered samples on 28/11 and will update my review once they arrive. As of 16/12, the order has finally arrived, and everything is satisfactory.
