Review Time
We had two large cupboards fitted in the hallway and Kitchen as well as a full wardrobe in the spare bedroom. Al of them were expertly fitted by Martin690 who made a superb job. The original time budgeted by Sharps to complete was not enough even with Martin690 working tirelessly. We are delighted with the result it looks superb. Very happy.
Process was smooth, professional and excellent. I was kept in touch throughout via email, texts and phone calls. Construction and fitting of the units was exceptional. Our fitter Manuel Da Silva was excellent. He was precise, professional and problem solved when needed. Perfect job.
Really thrilled with the end product, a media wall for our lounge.
Very impressed with the process from start to finish, we felt in capable and trusted hands.
Our designer was Shabir Beigh, who went out of his way to help guide us through our different options and arrive at a package which we were happy with from a cost and design perspective.
The surveyor John Robinson produced a detailed technical spec that allowed us to prep the area accurately (e.g. which plug sockets may need moving etc.) ahead of full installation, and was able to make a couple of tweaks to the design for us ahead of finalisation.
The delivery team were tidy, friendly and punctual.
Our fitter Jay Darbyshire was fantastic. Over three days, he has built a final product that we are absolutely thrilled with. Jay was polite and friendly, and clearly very skilled in his work. He also checked we were happy with the positioning of any cable holes etc. ahead of making the required cuts, leaving a really neat and uncluttered finish. Meticulous tidy-up job at the end too!
Would definitely use Sharps again for future jobs after the quality of this one - thanks again to all involved.
I am very happy with the service provided by the company in every aspect. Delivery of furniture came when expected, and the construction man, Tim Rackham, was on time every day. He worked diligently throughout the time he was with us and did a splendid job constructing the furniture. Extremely pleased all round.
Recently had our bedroom fitted by Andrew Powers and he was entirely professional and worked efficiently with no intrusion into our home at all.
He managed the fitting in 2 days working practically non stop, arriving on time and left leaving the room very tidy moving the bed back in place.
The wardrobe looks amazing with absolutely no complaints at all and would fully recommend him and thank him for his skill and very pleasant manor.
Everyone was really nice and helpful and our fitter, Joseph Edwards (7093) was brilliant! He was on-time, very efficient, tidied up as he went along and made a lot less noise than expected. Jo obviously enjoys his job (making people happy) and took a lot of care at every step of the build process.
My two new home furnitures are made to measure with full 15-year warranty and are perfectly curated by a seasoned (who still looks young though) expert Andy, thank you so much. The fitting project is smooth and Andy’s time managed the high standard deliverables in a tight timeline. Andy is also very good manner.
8Not bespoke as they say. I have both Sharps and Hammond wardrobes in my home. Sharps a most certainly the most expensive but the product is not as robust as Hammonds which as good as when first installed.
When Sharps called to make the delivery, they wanted to deliver a week before the installation, completely disregarding that the bedroom has to be cleared of all furniture and furnishings - where would we sleep! Sharp make a big deal of saying all carpets, etc. would be covered to prevent damage on stairs and hallways, however when they delivered it was raining, all the cloths were sodden, on which the marched to and fro staining the carpets wet. Awful. One of the men asked to use the loo, trampled on the oak floor with dirty shoes, never flushed the toilet or washed his hands. When the fitter arrived, he wanted to be left in the closed room, windows wide open, heaven know what the heating bill will be as the thermostat is in that room. Lot of jumping, and stamping, only allowed to peak in when he went to the loo. No discussion on the progress of the wardrobes. Two days after, he finished, we noticed that the shelves were the wrong size. They had been delivered correct size ( everything is numbered in order of assembly) but he, for some unknown reason cut them down. We had to get another fitter to correct the mistake, another day's work, but now the wardrobe internal are not perfect but have multiple screw holes.
Not really happy for the money it cost and the time it took.
We've just had a media/library centre fitted by Ash Bond from Sharps and we are delighted with the end result.
Ash was professional, friendly and punctual. He provided regular updates on his progress and his work was of a very high standard.
Last but not least he was extremely tidy - he left no mess!!
Would highly recommend his work.
The Allotted Expert Bradley Simpson did a fantastic job in completing out our wardrobe work. He is such a calm and polite person and extremely skillful. He worked at our home for 5 days and at the end of every day he wrapped up his work Nicely to ensure it not obstructing in the way. We were so pleased with his work that we requested for him again for additional wardrobe work in our other bedroom. Kudos to Bradley keep up the good work!! You are a true asset to your organization. excellent work and Thanks once again!!
