Probably the most efficient experience I've ever had from any business, bought a set of tyre warmers and they arrived days later into republic or Ireland, where usually anything from the UK has some sort of delay or hassle with it. No excess shipping or customs charges just excellent service 🤙

They reached out when I asked to cancel order, explained what happened, but my thoughts on the 5 day dispatch changing to 20+ days after order stands **
Had ordered a few times over the years mainly for tyres for my motorcycles, on this occasion I order my tyres (one in stock and one 5 day dispatch) I then get an email on the 4th day to say the one of the tyres won’t be in stock for another 20+ days and said I could wait or contact them to arrange something else, I was happy to wait, then around a week later I randomly get a refund, no email, no notification, nothing frustrating when I had been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my tyres so had to order elsewhere now
