Steer clear of this service. They will give you the "run around" and are not truthful. I was assured a refund and have multiple emails confirming this. They claimed I received a defective batch of jeans and offered to send a replacement. When I declined, they then said I would receive my refund. They attempted to delay the process until the 14-day refund window closed, but I have proof that I requested the refund before that time. Be cautious, as this service is not reliable.
