I placed an order on October 8 but never received it. I was informed it would ship in early December, but nothing was sent. When I followed up, they said it was my fault for ordering too late for a preorder. Fortunately, I got a refund through my payment service after reaching out. I won't order again.

The bag I received was missing the free charms. I've sent four emails, but they haven't responded to the last three. Additionally, the bag has a strong odor. I've left it outside for several days to air out, but the smell persists.
