Review Time
The platform has not met the expectations set and has resulted in significant financial strain on my business. I have been waiting over 10 days for payment on delivered loads. Furthermore, the average wait time when contacting the support team is no less than one hour and forty-five minutes, which is unacceptable for a service critical to my operations. Starting December 10, I faced persistent issues that forced me to remain on hold for over 22 hours within a week. This was even before the transition took place on December 15. The payment for this particular load should have been processed by the previous service, and I should not have had to wait on the new platform at all. Due to the delayed payments, I have accumulated over $600 in insufficient funds and late fees as loads were not compensated within the promised timeframe. The representatives assured me that payments would be expedited; however, 14 days later, I still had not received them. I am utterly disheartened by this system, completely dissatisfied with the customer service, and have lost all confidence in the platform. The commitments made are no longer being honored, and customer support has evidently become a low priority. As a small business, I cannot rely on a factoring company that fails to provide timely payments and dependable customer service. After six years with the previous service, I have chosen to move to a different factoring firm. The only reason I am giving this platform a 1-star rating is that a lower rating was not available.
The recent switch to a new platform has been extremely frustrating. I submitted paperwork over a week ago and still haven’t received any funding. After three days of emailing and calling, I’ve only received vague responses urging me to wait. It’s been over a week now, and I can see many carriers considering other options. This company has always been reliable, but this change seems like a setback. Still waiting for a resolution...
