STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! (DENTSUN)
I came here in July last year after reading this reviews from dentsun which i have come to learn that they are all fake and unreal.
I had composite bonding on my upper jaw that i wanted them replaced with either the same technique or veneers, but instead they declined and advised on crowns. A dentist by the name Alpay started working on my teeth, later i realised that he had shaved the composite bonding instead of removing them professionally.
After the crowns were fitted in i realised that there was a gap on my front tooth but instead the fake dentist said that the gap will close after the gum grows back, I was rushed to sign a consent paper which i did half heartedly since my flight was the following day and i had no choice. The crowns were fitted in blocks of 5 pieces which was against my wish since my preference was individual crowns.
Coming back home i realised that I had pain when chewing food and the gap on my front tooth was still visible.
I called the dentsun and i told them that i didn't like my smile, from the shape, blocks, gaps on my front tooth and pain that was not stopping.
I decided to go back after they promised to make it up and rectify all the mistakes. They said that three days could be enough but i doubted and booked my hotel with extra days just in case and at my expense.
Now that's when my problems started! On arrival i was accommodated poorly in a dingy place not the hotel we had agreed on! I was super frustrated. Asking why they had done this i was told that it was a misunderstanding! Like seriously 🙄 that was so mediocre especially but i understood that they were cutting corners by all cost and to make sure that they spent minimal amount on me since it was a corrective dental treatment. They had already taken my money 💰 and to them i really didn't matter. The respect, the kindness and empathy was gone! I was humiliated just because i was not given the kind of treatment i wanted after fitting the temps.
The coordinator insisted or rather forced me to sign the consent paper that stated that I was fully satisfied with the crowns. Mind you i had no other choice since my flight was on the following day, they had even made sure that they gave me a late appointment on my last day around 19pm just to make sure that i had no choice but to be under their mercy. They even talked trash about me in Turkish not knowing that i was translating their nonsense. The same dentist who had butchered was to attend me even after pleading that i had lost trust in him. Before signing i wrote that i was not fully contented and then signed, the coordinator humiliated me, he teared and crippled the paper that i had written and gave it to me and told me and I quote " now you can have that and keep it for evidence " then he gave me another paper to sign and write i quote"I read and understand " He went ahead and said that they could be home with their family relaxing instead of being in the clinic attending me.
What had i put myself into..for once i thought I was dreaming. I was helpless! The inhuman coordinator even started criticising my body language because i had folded my arms saying that it was disrespectful in Turkey as if i had gone there for a job interview.
He went ahead to ask me private questions which i felt that my boundaries had been crossed by unethical gang in the name of dentists, placed in a den in the name of a clinic.
I was left with no choice but to accept. The procedure was rushed and to be honest i was being treated mercilessly. I had anxiety and i panicked during the whole process. I can only compare this feeling with gang rape whereby a group of unprofessional trainees and their assistants ripped my mouth open. They didn't care if i was in pain or not. My red swollen gum was mishandled as they hurriedly cemented the crowns.
My plea to take a pause and breath in between the procedure fell on dumb ears!
They dint care if i liked the smile or not, even after pointing out that needed som repairs done. The quality of the crowns looked cheap and compromised and not zirconia as they had stated.
After coming back home I booked an appointment to my dentist because my mouth was on fire. There was cement in between teeth, holes in the gums that was not professionally fixed and because the crowns were in blocks they caused inflammation on the gums.
I am now on antibiotics waiting on a hefty bill after corrections in my country.
I will live in regrets because of making a wrong life time decision and falling in the wrong hands in Dentsun Izmir turkey. However i know there are good dentist out there and you who have found them have every reason to smile.

I recommend the Dentsun clinic in Antalya. From the first contact, everything was well organized and professional. Modern equipment, experienced doctors, and helpful staff. The treatment plan was clearly explained and carried out with great care. I felt comfortable and safe, and the final result is really very good.
I was worried about having my teeth done all my life, between the cost and process involved.But the staff at dentsun have helped me thru the process from start to finish, i have just got back home from having my 1st trip of 2 trips for a full jaw dental implant. I now have a smile ! I cant wait to get my perm teeth fitted and get some confidence back. I would highly rate dentsun and i will continue to reccommend them to everyone ! Great experience from start to finish on my first visit.I would 100% recommend dentsun, fantastic communication, prompt pick ups to appointments and very nice hotel. The dental team are so professional and everything went to plan and pain free.Going back at end of February for my permanent set, can’t wait to get back there!!
