As many have stated, this site is charging you without your consent. They have an aggressive policy of charging you, even if you don't buy their subscription service. Remember to remove your buying method if you can. Better stay away from them, they are trying to scam you!
There was a glitch with my account today, which I thought was going to cause me to lose quite a lot of accumulated image downloads, but I have to say Deposit Photos were very good and prompt at responding to me and fixing the issue. Much appreciated.
Depositphotos has a large selection of stock images and videos. I like the layout of their website, including a good search feature to find what I am looking for. There are also plenty of easy to find free options.
I hadn’t “knowingly” signed up for this subscription service. And the service really didn’t work for my business. The service agent was quite understanding and helped me cancel the service and issued a refund. This service would work great for people needing art for certain projects and I will definitely pass along the information about this company to all I know who are in that genre. Just a major 👍 to their customer service team!
