I went online to do a new purchase as I always have and found that I can no longer just buy a package of photos. The flow now just aggressively goads you into autorenew. Lots of emails. Lots of steps for cancelling autorenew. As soon as I logged in, I saw the same product I'd just purchased promoted to me for 70% less. I complained here (and initially gave a low rating because of the experience), then customer service reached out and and offered to apply the discount I saw to my recent purchase. They were polite, professional and very proactive. This is my revised review with a revised rating, as customer service really did make things right. Thanks much!
I made a mistake in my plan, purchased a yearly plan paid monthly when I only wanted one month. Customer service helped me and converted my yearly plan to one month.There is only one recommendation I could make which is the option to call seems to route to an automated message and we cannot speak with anyone, only live chat or in website messages are available.Because I usually like to call businesses to resolve problems, I felt that as wanting. Perhaps in the future, a better live person response system could be better equipped to handle calls.
