Availability of images and package pricing versus only subscription. Even within a limited time, a year is reasonable to download the images I need and the price is such that even if I don't, even some key images for the right use makes it worth it, and the same price as other sites. Anne was extremely helpful, knowledgable, kind, and courteous. As well: FAST! She helped me out and everything worked seamlessly to make the purchase. I only searched under free pics.Pictures are often too small to view as you scroll through a page. I wasn't able to find a way to enlarge them.I frequently received an edit that there was nothing on the search word(s) I used. Too many pictures with people in them.One good thing: not as many duplicates, if any, as other sites have.
I love this service and use it exclusively. I had difficulty downloading today, and the online chat help person was able to help me get the downloads and restore a credit in had used to get a smaller image to see if that was the trouble. Great company, great photos, great service.
