Not a good experience

I did not have a good experience in getting an image to where I wanted it. I was confused about which plan I was getting into. I still don't know what my cost is and for what. When I looked for Free images I would get sites like yours that are not free. If this was a free trial how can I get my money back? All I wanted was one image for this one time and purpose. I do not want any other packages or plans.
