Not the best company to deal with. Told them to cancel my account and delete it despite it having one more download in it. Pricing structure is NOT clear. They make NO reference to business use so you sign up, download a few images and then told you need to pay another £100 or so pounds for that! I would say that 99% of people on that site would be business users so why not make it perfectly clear in the fist place? They are quite happy to take your money. What makes me laugh is that they assume businesses make a lot of money. So what's the difference between a business user and private? Don't bother with them. Go to another image bank who is more transparent.
I received bad service from Irene, without understanding and listening to what I asked for. I rated her as "bad" but none of you contacted me to ask why. I wrote you an email twice with my request and took the trouble to formulate it in English (English is not my language) and no one contacted me. I also did not receive a record of my email application, so everything needs to be reworded. You are very bad at your service. You owed me 6 times without justification and made many other mistakes to my detriment. I just despair of you. I have no power. I hope you will find the time to contact me, inquire about what happened to me and correct the injustice. I am feeling very frustrated.
