Review Time
This company (cont its blurry plans),made me spend more than 200 euros when i had purchased a PREPAID plan of 3 pics...and value 36 euros...and a "free" trial...so each time i wanted to get an imge, a NEW package of 3 pics automatically started....which is rather a subscription than a unique prepaid plan. Since then i've tried to claim that their policy is very confusing, really edgy and I claimed refund of 4 of the 5 packs (i initially purchased ONE and then NEVER agreed on another pack and even more 4)... they refused and didnt even offer any solution or arrangement...VERY WEAK, legally and commercially...NEVER seen an client claim service so narrow minded and with so little intention to help.
I have purchased a one off image I need and don't want to auto renew but your site makes that difficult. I have found it quite frustrating and its put me off. This is not the way to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty!
