Blue shark iptv stole my money the channel were buffering a lot when I have 1 gig of speed. I try texting them and they don’t answer. And when they do they have the biggest attitude.calling name and everything. Don’t trust this company your money goes to a company called Trix Electronics. I ask for a refund but no answer. Be careful with these idiots.

No big complaints about the service. The Customer Service is however, the worst I have ever experienced. I planned on being a long time customer. My three month subscription was up for renewal. Was instructed to ask for a link to renew and pay. Got an invoice with no link to use to pay. It said my order was being processed. The next day I still had not received a link so I contacted them again. Got an email that it was sent yesterday check your spam. I searched my spam, trash folder, the folder I used for other emails to and from Blue Shark and found nothing. I messaged again and asked if they could send me another link because I can not find the other link they say they sent. They responded with you need to search your emails. I told them I would looked for another service if they could not send a new link. They sent me 2 other invoices with links to pay but had due dates showing 2 days before my current due date and the other 3 months ahead. The amount was initially 50 some dollars and the new invoices were for 71 dollars. I asked why the difference and got a response that they sent two links and I received them and read them so I needed to take some accountability. Rude and condescending and have no interest in retaining customers. By the way, they went ahead and shut off my service while I was still in the process of trying to pay. I am embarrassed that I had recommended this service to some of my friends. You can bet I will be telling them to stay away.
After having 2 subscriptions that overlapped by 6 months, one ran out and I am so glad I didn't renew. Recently began having issues with freezing, buffering and literally no content available. I reached out via email, explained what was going on and got a reply that I had the subscription on 2 devices, which was correct, one I leave hooked up at home and off when not in use, and one I travel with. I was met with response of "I am not asking you, I am telling you" and no further help from there. A friend of mine was having the same issue, emailed and got a response "you don't know what you are doing, quit emailing us". My advise is to stay away, far far away.
I had this iptv service ayear ago and everything was fine. I renewed recently for a year. Had TV for a day then nothing. Sent 5 or 6 messages to see what happened and nothing. No reply or help at all. They got my money. Stay away from this server and save your money.
I have been using IPTV services for years without any issues, but this provider has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. The connection is absolutely horrendous, and their customer service is nothing short of rude and arrogant. There are no words to describe how poor their service is. Please stay away from this provider—there are hundreds of far better and more reliable options out there. Believe me, this is the worst IPTV service I have ever come across.
Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Signed up for a year subscription. It took an hour with starlink internet to download the channels, its so glitchy you get frustrated super quick. The quality is very poor, most times its about 720 at best, if it even loads. On the rare occasion that ut does load, the audio is usually off from the video most of the time on lots of the channels. I wrote to the tech guy on whats app because they only use WhatsApp and email. Got a very rude person who insulted me and called me names because I was asking why it was so glitchy and buffering all the time. He tried to tell me it was my devices yet all my other streaming and live tv sevices were working flawlessly (as usual). I wouldn't have given them 1 star, but you have to in order to post a review. Stay as far away from Blueshark as possible. They are located on Sheppard Avenue in Toronto around the Yonge & Sheppard area just incase they go by another name in the future for anyone interested. It's too bad Canada doesn't have laws to protect its citizens from scammers like this!
