Downloaded a 4K clip and I couldn't import it into Davinci Resolve, which is the editing software I use to create videos. Surprisingly, the clip is rendered in H.264 compression, which Davinci should be able to handle. I had to download and install Handbrake to convert it into a format that Davinci could import. Not happy that I had to jump through hoops to use the clip.Your video clips aren't cheap, either.

I have been using Deposit Photos for…Finding Images for a Book

I have been using Deposit Photos for almost a year, and I've enjoyed an excellent experience. The database of images is truly massive. Equally important, it's very easy to search for images on a particular topic, and then narrow the search using simple filters. The low subscription price is another positive aspect.

We just needed a figure for our…

We just needed a figure for our backwindow project.. not a yearly comittment.. The 3 for $42 worked great.. grabbed a couple shots for future projects.. Maybe you should consider creating a $10 single download.. Might attract more business. I personally am reluctant to contracts for this type of product.. Your one time buy is a great alternative..

I got wrong and confusing/conflicting…

I got wrong and confusing/conflicting information in a chat and ordered the wrong size. I was told I needed size Large instead of XL for my 16 x 20 print after I was sent a screen shot pointing to XL. Then I was told I could reorder the large. When I went to do that, I was stopped at the page where I would have to pay again. I waited in a 5th chat and no one came back in to talk to me. Phoned only to get a recording to use the chat. Meanwhile I spent $20 on the download and money to print which is the wrong size. Run around nightmare.
