Really bad

Really bad. I got a size to small and they did not solve it. I can sent it back with my own money and then I get my money back.Do not shop here!

Don’t bother with this company

Don’t bother with this company. Looks like its products are shipped from NL then you realize you need to wait 4 weeks for the package. To return the package you need to send it back to China which seems very counterintuitive from the angle of sustainability. Also need to pay 25E for shipping which is practically half worth of the product. Should have been more thorough in wetting this random companies

I ordered what I thought was Nordic…

I ordered what I thought was Nordic socks but they were from China. The quality was horrible. I wanted to send them back but they wanted to charge me 25 euros. Last time I ever buy from Deqalli . I believe that they are not honest with their products.

The website and prices is very beautiful

The website is very beautiful, the prices also. For the concerts, I've found very nice kashemir poncho (on the images). More then 2weeks delivered, not so bad if it's from China. They don't say the country of delivery, just Original place, original destination. Ok, uit China. Now I have item at home and I'm afraid to touch it because it's so thin. I tried it on once, and the sleeve started to unravel. It's oversized and I'm a size M. After washing, I think I'll throw it away. Plus: the shape is the same as in the picture when stretched out on the bed. I'd need a size 5 bust and hips to see it. Very expensive for something like this. Advice: look at Aliexpres for 5e.

An expensive lesson learned

An expensive lesson learned by my son on his first online shopping experience. The ‘jeans’ arrived later than expected, the material is like plastic and the size is completely off. There is no local return address. You’re meant to send it back to china on your own costs. Stay away from this webshop, it is an absolute scam.

WARNING: Stay away from Deqalli! It's a scam!

I have been scammed by this so called "lifestyle brand", little back-door operation. I ordered a jacket which was supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks but waited 4 weeks for it! Upon arrival the L size fit more like an S but to return the article back to China cost almost the same as the purchase price even though it was sent locally! After 5 emails asking for a returns form I eventually had success contacting them on their site. On their site it says returns will cost up to 25 euro's (not true!). Telephonically they are not contactable and never reply to any messages. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before I ordered from them but I will be more careful in future and I would suggest you don't waste your money on this online clothing site.

Worst after service ever

Worst after sell service ever. I contact them first to ask to cancel the order but it was already send. So no problem but then i asked them about the return, how it works. No answer. I find some information on their website but i need more informations about their return label and i've been emailing them for 2 weeks and i still don't have any answer. Now my return limit is pass because of them ignoring me.I'm still hoping on getting an answer back with a compensation or something but yeah, if they continu to ignore me, we are not going far. I'm already checking to make some procedure on Justice against them.If you can avoid this company, please do. They are terrible in the managing of their after sell service because they ignore their customers.
