Fabrics feel cheap, stitching is sloppy, and overall the products are not wearable. • Misleading advertising: The website makes the clothes look stylish and premium, but in reality, what arrives is nothing short of a knock-off. • Slow shipping from China: Despite presenting itself as a “fashion webshop,” everything is shipped directly from China. Delivery takes weeks (sometimes over a month), with no clear tracking. • Ridiculous return costs: If you’re unhappy (which is almost guaranteed), sending items back costs nearly as much as the order itself because you have to ship internationally at your own expense. I bought shoes as a gift for my mom, not realising everything shipped from China. The package arrived late, after I’d already left to visit her abroad. I tried to cancel my order, but the company’s online form didn’t work. The delivery company simply left the parcel at the door, and only thanks to a neighbour was it kept safe. When I got home, I found the shoes were poor quality and tried to return them, only to be told—in Dutch—that I’d have to ship them back to China at a cost greater than the shoes themselves.In short: beware of buying from this site, check the shipping and return policies, and don’t spend too much money to avoid disappointment. They are legal thieves!!!
I ordered a pair of boots and to my surprise I received two LEFT ones. They only replied me with automatically written mails, I could not call them and néver got my money back ór my right boot. And now I receive commercial mails from them again, HA! Worst "shop" ever.
They didn't deliver the product.Customer service does nothing but guides me to the logistics provider who's unresponsive.After chasing for this for over 2 weeks, i give up. Maybe it's what they were wishing for, what an unprofessional serviceI wish I had read other comments on Trustpilot before, this company seems like no more than a scam.
