Insanely long shipping time since it's coming from China not Colorado like their business address says. Customer service is awful. Said my package was in my town then returned to sender because of a wrong address? Can't get any help can I just get a refund please??
I have been using Derma E products for over a year. I really do like their products. However their Customer Service is AWFUL!!! This is why I am compelled to write this review. You wait on the phone to speak to an agent who never gets on. Instead you get directed to leave a message which no one responds to. You send emails and they don't respond to them either. I understand that I am not the only customer trying to contact them but I would think that after a couple of days someone would respond!
Great products, but DermaE is not competent in logistic. I ordered from Amazon for years without problems. I don't know why I had the stupid idea of ordering from them directly.A few minutes ago, my second DermaE delivery arrived, and it's the second time something is missing. They sell a joke of a "glow set', which is basically 2 samples and some junk. The junk they delivered, but one out of only two samples is missing. Naturally, the sample of the cream I wanted to try. This company made me pay $15 for a sample.If you don't care about sending orders correctly, why do you even bother to make good products?
