Review Time
I completed the payment for a VPS today, and the hosting dashboard indicates that it was successfully processed. However, the VPS is still in 'Pending' status and has not been created for several hours. The only response from the support team was that they manually deploy servers and would take care of it in 30 minutes, but that time has long passed. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. I'm beginning to doubt that my VPS will ever be ready. It feels like the company is just taking payments without delivering the promised service. Exercise caution.
