They charged me without my consent. I will never purchase anything through instagram again. I signed up for the $7 trial and after sign up they ask you to upgrade to to premium at least a dozen time before advancing you to the the app and giving you the ability to track your fasting goals. I said no every single time. I woke up in the morning to see they changed me $19 which I never consented to nor did I go through the steps of paying through Apple Pay which requires my retina to pay. Scam company and I’m contacting my bank.

I never heard of this company until I saw charges for it on my paypal account. No emails from them acknowledging a purchase, no history of me on their website on my browser, nothing! So, I emailed them to find out who they were and what they do. They emailed me back and basically said the same thing back to me. No record of me and asked what Email I used to register with. Again, told them I didn't sign up for anything and they responded with they were going to have to escalate this to a special team to investigate.
Still waiting for a refund, at the very least, I would like an answer as to what I spent $46 on.
To be fair, I contacted paypal and asked them to check for unauthorized use of my account. They responded and said the transaction was consistent with other transactions I've made and that I did in fact purchase this mystery.
I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I don't get it! I'm almost 70 years old, on a fixed income and need answers. $46 to me is a lot! Where's my refund?

I tried to purchase the 7-day trial plan. After I signed up and entered my details, I clicked the button, and they charged me $20 three times. When I noticed this, I immediately contacted customer service, but it was very upsetting because AI was the one responding to my message. It was such a troublesome experience that I had to lock/change my bank account to prevent them from charging me again.

On 2 January 2026, I activated a monthly plan from Best me to evaluate it. The options did not include a few days of free trial like most apps, but they said they would guarantee a full refund if the app did not work. During the thousands of steps to activate the plan, they presented several options with a terrible user experience, and I accidentally clicked on one of the ‘packages’ — to my surprise 1. it did not ask me to confirm the purchase, it simply debited my account 2. it did not ask me to confirm my card details (i.e., they recorded them without permission)
I immediately sought online support, which only made my stress with this company worse, because online support couldn't help me and referred me to an email address that replied that they couldn't help and that I should try to do it through the app - it took a few email exchanges before they could explain exactly where to click (which is still wrong today; I clicked on other parts on my own and found the procedure). In the meantime, I realised that the plan and the app were nothing like what had been promised and that any really interesting features would have to be purchased separately. I kept the plan for a total of 1 or 2 hours until I realised I didn't like the product. Still in contact with support, I tried to get the refund I was entitled to, since, in addition to being within the online purchase return period, I considered the lack of confirmation of the additional features before proceeding the payment to be illegal and in bad faith.
There were many emails discussing the issue, and the team refunded me half the value of the additional package that I clicked on by mistake (and I would like to emphasise that their website does not ask for confirmation before processing the purchase) without my consent - I believe it should have been 100% of the value. Now, regarding the plan that I also expressed dissatisfaction with, they refused to refund me.

The worst application ever

The worst application ever , it is a real scam. I’m sure I didn’t upgrade any plan but still money was deducted from my account which lead me to block my card. This is ridiculous.

Best me - companies that dont remind you that subscriptions are coming due and give you the option to opt out re not reputable. I dont recommend them

There is no where to cancel anything

There is no where to cancel anything , AI talks shit , Don’t get it , I got it for a month as was going on holiday and needed a big push , so got the fasting and meals. I don’t want the other stuff it’s extortionate. I’m 3 days and going great . But I don’t want it lingering than I signed up for . I have now read reviews tried to cancel and just got a bot , who said they would get a human . I’ll be cancelling my card . What a con !!!

I purchased a $7 one-week trial and ended up in TWO ongoing subscriptions. I was billed initially for $7 and $20 for a workout plan simply for scrolling through my email from them. They refused to refund the $20 and only then did I realize I had TWO active subscriptions I immediately cancelled. I feel they are VERY misleading. Best Me, upon reading my review stated they refunded me my money. I just checked my account and NO money has been refunded back to my account.
