I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. After waiting nearly 4 weeks, the quality of the sweatshirt I received is laughable; it appears poorly made. I'm nearly £40 out of pocket, and returning the item is made unnecessarily difficult. I can't believe they are allowed to operate like this. I'm appalled; please do NOT order from this company.
Zero stars would be more fitting. Just an update to say there's still no progress. The parcel is not at their warehouse. The customer service representative is waiting for a response and is unwilling to track the package with the provided code. The delivery service is equally unhelpful. This is utterly frustrating; what a scam.
I ordered what appeared to be a decent hoodie sweatshirt. After 2 weeks, it arrived, and the quality was terrible—cheap synthetic fabric and not the correct size. It looked nothing like the picture. This is awful, cheap merchandise from China, not Sweden as claimed. Returning it is complicated and costly. Avoid at all costs!
The garment is absolutely poor quality, much too large, with a dull, dirty fabric that looked bright white online. The customer service is also ineffective. Delivery was slow, and although the goods are subpar, customers are expected to return them to China instead of Sweden, which is frustrating and costly. Getting a refund seems unlikely due to vague addresses. I wish I had read other reviews, as they echo my experience of poor products and unresponsive service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!
Do not purchase from this online store. They completely mislead and misrepresent their items. I bought a sweater for my wife, advertised as a genuine wool jumper made in Sweden, but it arrived as a cheap polyester product made in China. It's worth much less than what I paid. Avoid wasting your money on this junk.
