Warning, this company is a total scam! I received what were advertised as cashmere jumpers, but there’s no cashmere in them at all. When I reached out to the company to return the items (their website claims free returns), they instructed me to send the items to China at my own cost! I regret not looking up reviews about this company beforehand. I truly hope my credit card provider can issue a refund for this.
I placed an order on a Saturday morning before doing my research on the company. Within hours I asked to cancel my order. I was told the items had already been shipped. But, upon checking the tracking, I saw (and screenshotted) that this was not the case. I followed up and was told that no, in fact, the items were not going out until next week. In the meantime, I read about wait times that are up to a month long. So this company is run by liars. In the meantime, I ordered my cashmere sets from another reputable brand and am excited about that. I'll take this issue up directly with Amex and will proceed with refuting the charges. This place is sketchy. Stay away.
I wouldn’t order from this site again. I’m still waiting for a cashmere jumper I ordered over three weeks ago, well past the shipping timeframe indicated on their website. I've received no response from their support team, leaving me uncertain about its arrival or quality.
Avoid purchasing from this company! They are based outside of the US, making returns a challenge. You’ll also bear the shipping costs back to their location. We ordered two 'cashmere' sweatsuits, but due to poor labeling, it's unclear what materials they contain or how to care for them. There's a lack of tags, and customer service is unhelpful. Do your research first. Additionally, while I appreciate a response to my review, perhaps the company should clarify that products are shipped from abroad, and return shipping costs can exceed $100, which falls on the buyer.
Website claims 14-day refunds with no questions asked. When I attempted to return, they requested pictures of the items with tags. The items arrived without an invoice or any tags. What a hassle. They then offered me a 20% discount to keep the items. Why would I want to buy these low-quality items again? Can someone explain?
Steer clear of this company. Avoid any transactions with them. They claim a refund can be processed within 14 days with no questions asked, yet they have repeatedly denied my rights, providing misleading information. After multiple attempts to cancel my order, they informed me that it is too late as it has already been processed. I've reported them to authorities and advise anyone considering a purchase to stay away.
