Review Time
I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service I have received. I ordered on the 1st of September and still not received my order. When I email I get a generic response from a BOT. It now shows that my order has been delivered on Saturday, after yet another follow up email was sent however I was in all day and no delivery came. I'm going to report this company to my credit Card company and will hopefully manage to get a refund. Never order form them. Shocking company.
I wish I had read the reviews on here here before ordering off this company....the item of clothing I ordered did not fit and is of very poor quality - obviously Chinese sizes are not the same as UK sizes, I ordered an XL which is the size I normally buy and it wont even do up! What makes it worse is that the size of the item on the label inside it is 2XL! The fact that they do not accept returns probably goes against UK consumer legislation....my advice is never buy anything from this cowboy outfit........I wish I could give them ZERO stars!UPDATE - The company has now contacted me and resolved the problem by offering me an FOC replacement. First class customer service.....
I ordered from here at the beginning of September and I’ve still not received my package one day it said out for delivery and the time window I was about all day and still no delivery now it’s not out for delivery!!! Not very good customer service
