After an issue with royal mail delivering my wax melts to the incorrect address, Devon wick were fantastic. They submitted the complaint to royal mail on my behalf and in the meantime arranged for my original order to be redelivered to another address to ensure I got my wax melts. I got a mix of Christmas and their usual scents and they are all fantastic!
Have been ordering from Devon Wick for a couple of years now never had an issue. Placed my usual order which came to around 40 pounds a week ago and heard nothing. Sent an email chasing it up and received a reply saying we are out of stock of one of the items you ordered so we have cancelled your entire order. No offer of sending a different fragrance just cancelled. If I hadn’t emailed would they even of bothered to tell me? Won’t be ordering from them again disgusting way to treat customers.
I ordered the sample box of wax melts as seen great reviews on them and having never used this company before was a little nervous. No need to be! The products are amazing. There was a slight issue with the free gift with my order but I emailed them late that evening and early the next day I received a response and it was all sorted! Amazing customer service and that is why I recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.
I ordered 2 of the sample boxes and only received 1. I contacted the company and was accused of lying, even when I sent the requested photos proving that the box it was delivered in could not have possibly fit in the 2 items I still received no apology. Terrible customer service.
