Ordered an item which was paid in advance but we never received. "Nearly ready"; "despatched soon" when following up but never received anything. Finally came clean - they never had the item and the order "was cancelled and refund was issued". It was not. Then told under their terms and conditions they would issue a credit note instead. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!

I would leave no stars if I could!I don't tend to leave negative reviews, but I think this company deserves one. I've had the same experience as other people who have left reviews, and I wish I had seen these before buying from them.Order items which stated in stock and dispatched within 5-7 days. 10 days go by still not dispatched, called up and was told "will be out by the end of the week" another 5 days pass, still not dispatched and I emailed to cancel order which was done all fairly quickly, "refund within 14 days" this was November 2025, still no refund, same excuses when chased up weekly, "a temporary disruption in our payment processing system", "scheduled to be release this week" followed by "I am personally monitoring this closely and will notify you immediately" which never happens & its myself chasing them up. They also hang up when I call the phone number for the accounts team.Very poor customer service all round and will not be using or recommending these to any one!
AVOID AVOID AVOID Paid for goods in March 2025, that were supposed to be in stock. Goods didn't arrive but of course the money was taken! Chased and eventually cancelled the order, to which i would receive a full refund within 14 days. 10 months later and still no refund. Constant chasing, constant emailing (without response), and same excuses each time i do get to speak to someone. Legal action is now the only option.
