Absolutely horrible service. I keep getting different dates and times when my parcel will arrive. And when I call "customer service" I get the same song and dance with no real answers, just repeating what their website tells them. I'm surprised this company is still in business. I find Canada Post more reliable and that in itself says something. If your thinking of using FedEx I have some advice... DON'T!!!
I was charged 2 different charges for a shpment that was CANCELLED and still in my house!!!! When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 6 business days. On the 7th business day I was told there is no refund for ground delivery. I've been on hold now for 20 minutes. Horrible, horrible service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
I would give a negative star rating if possible. The service has lost packages and held onto them for over a week without delivery. There have been instances of misleading information about deliveries, and their own photos have contradicted their claims. This is the worst logistics company I've encountered, with untrustworthy drivers who sometimes can't even be bothered to deliver packages to the door. Very frustrating experience.
I just received a door tag today, dated two weeks ago, with my name as the recipient. The only checked box was 'pick up next business day by', which was left blank. The FedEx pickup location address was crossed out, and no alternative location was provided. When I went to my nearest location, they could only tell me that the package—whatever it was—was returned to the shipper (or so they claimed). After calling customer service, I finally reached a representative who could barely communicate in English. After a long wait on the phone, I still have no idea where the package is, who sent it, or what it contains. They had me repeat my address seven times during a 30-minute call. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, she called me 'rude' for interrupting her. She blamed the shipper for having the wrong address, but I questioned how the tag ended up at my address with my name on it. She didn't have an answer. I asked if the driver would face any consequences, and she insisted he did nothing wrong. This service is a complete display of incompetence, and possibly worse.
My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. I saw a driver arrive, take a photo, and leave, claiming no one was home. After waiting for a promised redelivery, I learned my package was being held far away, forcing me to incur additional costs to retrieve it. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

This service has been completely disappointing. I witnessed a driver arrive at my home, take a photo from his vehicle, and leave, claiming no one was available to accept the delivery. When I contacted them, they promised a redelivery for the next day. However, I received a message stating my package was being held at a distant location, forcing me to rent a car for $56 to collect it. This is incredibly frustrating.
Oh dear. My experience mirrors that of others. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. I dropped off a small package for delivery and paid a hefty fee for a two-week service. Now, weeks later, the package is stuck in a far location, and I have received no updates. Customer support instructed me to call a specific number for more information. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service.
This has been the worst delivery experience I've ever had. The service is severely backlogged and it has taken over 11 days to deliver a package. The customer representatives have repeatedly lied to me. I really don’t understand why businesses continue to use this service.
The driver seemed unable to read the clearly posted address numbers, resulting in a photo being taken at the wrong location. I had to search for my package in an unsafe area. When I contacted customer service, they filled the conversation with unnecessary chatter, making it difficult to get clear answers.
