when i first got the channel i expressed my concerns with there being nearly 400 indian food videos on the channel i was sold and how this would affect the channel, along with the very low views and engagement it had across them, alot of the titles for the videos are in pakistani language which i cant even read or understand. the channel is still like this now. it seemed like the channel i bought was very clearly botted with subs or something, and after studying it i cant even see how the watch time or engagement was ever met to even reach the requirements for the youtube partner program in the first place. this disheartened me alot, as when i purchased it, i was expecting something completely different. i wouldnt of bought the channel for £500 if i knew i was getting a pakistani food channel that has 350+ videos, with mosty having under 100 views, or just barely over 100 views, and its also subscribed to about one thousand different pakistani channels (YES 1000 !!!!), which i havent even started the long and tedious task of unsubscribing from one thousand indian/pakistani youtube channels indivually, so obviously these must of been a bot account at some point. i was upset because i did research before i buy and i know i could buy a channel like this for so much cheaper from loads of places, but DFYdave made it look like it would be done professinally, which it wasnt. when i emailed, i was bassically told thats just how it is because of x, y and z. i even opted for the longer waiting time for the channel to be ready, and was still met with this. the banner and logo didnt even match, i had to have you guys correct it. it may of been ai generated. i know its been a while now, so not even really expecting a proper response. this is part of a response i got to this.

I don't think that is the best approach if your goal is growth and monetization. Keep in mind that each time you drastically change the niche, you're kinda confusing the algorithm"

"These are BOTs (FAKE TRAFFIC). No wonder - that even with revamping the channel - none of my good videos even has 50 reviews - why? Because channels like these often fall under YouTube’s scrutiny due to suspicious engagement patterns and quickly get deprioritized or shadow banned.
To anyone considering buying a DFY Dave channel: Please do your research. Artificial growth and fake views are a dangerous foundation for any long-term YouTube strategy. Save your money and avoid this trap.
Wasted Money. I would never Ever Purchase such channels again. Wasted my time revamping the site - and the audience of these sites come from Bangladesh and Pakistani - useless. None of the videos on this revamped channel even got 50 views and when i checked the analytics - the few views come from India and Pakistani. And the 10,000 views you mention are the 2 videos you included by in the delivery. Only 2 videos on the channel each with 12,648 views (ha, ha....even a fool can see through this that this is fake. An issue occurred with a YouTube channel we got from DFY but they immediately offered options to either provide a replacement channel or a refund. We chose a refund but will be using their services again in future. They processed a full refund. DFY are honest and trustworthy people, they respond to queries promptly and communicate effectively.
