I would like to say thank you to Elle she did give me 50% refund better than the 20% they offered me. And told me to keep the item. I may as well throw it away because it has stopped working all together. Regardless I'm very thankful she did manage to get 50% back not exactly the amount I would like to have since it does not work now. So if anyone would like to buy those little black things I have extra that was never used. The main power cord gets hot and it cuts itself off. Thanks Ella for getting some of my money back. I can't really say nothing good about the product because it does not work now and it didn't even make it a month.

Not all items were clearly communicated during the purchase of the detox unit, such as the tablets or the need for the unit to be replaced after 20-30 uses. I feel somewhat blindsided; had I been aware of this before placing my order, I might have ordered more items and the tablets as well to save on shipping costs.
This product is ineffective! I purchased this machine with the hope that it would alleviate my swollen legs, and I have used it daily since its arrival. Unfortunately, there has been no improvement whatsoever. The device turns the water reddish brown even without my feet in it. I received it about four weeks ago and have used it for 30 minutes each day. Once, I didn’t place my feet in it, and it still changed color. This feels like a major scam. I spent around 177.00 on this device and additional parts. Now, I am attempting to return it, but the return shipping to another country is about 80.00. I worry that I won’t receive a full refund, likely just a fraction of my money back. My advice: steer clear of this scam. I fully committed to using it, and now I’m losing money to these dishonest sellers. They advertise easy returns, but that’s not the case; you won’t get a full refund. Is there a way to report this to consumer protection? I intend to pursue that.
I have yet to receive my unit, although I ordered multiple items. I was informed that it had been delivered while I was at home, but nothing arrived. I checked with neighbors, and they haven't seen it either. Please update me on the situation.
