After waiting a month for a reward for $10 they canceled the request asking for more proof. Its say war machine one the receipts and they still want more pics. Ive got 10 .25 cent rewards literally a second after completing the task. Its a scam. Then after waiting weeks if I get the reward I dont get a apology or anything.

Adgems adwall is a middle of the road tracking / offer wall. I would have given it five stars but it just tracks 75percent of the apps/offers/and or game checkpoints to begin with so 3 out of 5 is appropriate. It's just my opinion ( but it should be fact if it's not) that completing hours of these offers, gaming checkpoints, surveys and micro tasks daily and more then often shelling out my own money to "boost" or complete these offers even quicker ( and increasing everyone's bottom line) is LITERALLY what I have been doing for a living , and comfortabley now for awhile. So I appreciate the assistance, however , I take great pride in my work whatever it may be. And 75 percent is not a viable number guys. I have one major suggestion that I will layout for you. Instead of offering the literally LOWEST payout rates for any of the offer walls I have used and I have used them ALL, perhaps instead of increasing your revenue income by shorting your workers a fair wage and access to top of the line technology and tracking like is afforded to me at every other turn. There are literally 25 options for this type of thing on playstore maybe more. Why would I keep trying thru the mud to get nowhere with you guys? It's not a reflection on anything except for the business acumen shown to myself and thousands of others who are testing , playing and developing the fan basis and followings for a number of these games and apps. Providing what is an essential service for pennies LITERALly on the dollar. Hey, as far as the shirt game is considered it's a good business model. I'm sure it made you guys a bunch of money for a very long time however now that people have seen forced for the trees and realized that there's other much better paying and technologically capable places to do the same type of work, reliably, and for a decent wage. I would opt to say that I would think that whatever shirt moved revenues you had from riding this wave of GPT website after app after website ( which for some reason they all refer each other to each other, Back in my day we didn't send business to the competition nor employees. However, I think that at the time of inception your ( website html java coded apache c++ if I had to guess , and that's being very generous to think that that much effort was put in. ) you probably had a nice money grab for a good amount of time. But times they always change and if you want to stay .... Alive.... Relevant at all in this Industry.... I am here to say one thing. Do better, it's not all about how much money is in the bank and how many cars in the garage, do better for your workers, and your clients and partners by offering a good service for a good wage and EVERYONE will prosper into a new age of GPT, referering craziness and glory ... Lol... I know it's a bit much but you guys get me???

Our experience with AdGem Media has been difficult, mainly due to multiple app rejections without clear explanations. We reached out several times for guidance on how to fix the issues, but support was limited and responses were very slow or unavailable. Better communication and clearer feedback would greatly help publishers improve and move forward.

Frustrating reward experience

I participated in a game through the offers wall but did not receive the earned reward. It's very challenging to reach the support team since I can't find the required ID number for ticket submission. When I enter the game ID, a symbol is added between the numbers, which I can't remove as it keeps reappearing. This was for a reward related to completing level 25.

Issues with rewards and support

I engaged with a game through their offers wall but failed to receive the reward I earned. Contacting the support team is nearly impossible because I can't locate the required ID number for ticket submission. Poor experience with tracking and support

I submitted a support request and provided numerous screenshots, but still have not received a response. I've started another offer that has also stopped tracking. Despite many complaints, the support remains unhelpful. The system needs improvement, as tracking completion shouldn’t fall solely on consumers after investing so much time.

Suspended for no reason

I just discovered this offer wall, and on my first click, I was informed that I was suspended for violating terms. I’m confused about what violation occurred since I didn’t do anything wrong; all I did was click on the offer.
