Like many other HORRIBLE experience. They called me 6 times to get me to pay duties when I paid on the first attempt. They never attempted to deliver my parcel and it wasn’t until I spoke to Sara Bafilbi who actually helped me with the situation. All their employees are clueless and ridiculous, I can’t believe they still exist and people use them as a delivery service.
Ok. Was expecting a delivery of an item through Ebay and the seller ended up using DHL as the courier, which probably was not the best choice of delivery. Not only did the item not arrive on the date expected, the following day the driver basically lied and sent me a message stating that there was no answer, when the entry code for my apartment was clearly indicated TWICE on the package, and this individual simply ignored the information, did not use the intercom,and sent me a text stating that an attempt was made to deliver this item, which was obviously not true. Horrible company.
An extremely expensive international fiasco. I entrusted a century-old musical instrument to them for delivery to a restorer in another country. Due to various excuses and miscommunications, the penalties and additional costs from their mishandling became so excessive and unreasonable that I ultimately refused to pay and instructed them to destroy this historic instrument.
Regrettable experience with delivery service. The service held my package at the border for days, accruing penalties. They requested documentation proving the country of origin, which is unusual for gifts. I wasn't informed about these requirements when I shipped the package, nor about the potential costs. I advise others to steer clear of this service.
Incompetence in handling addresses. My package was sent to the wrong location due to a postal code error, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, the issue remains. I’m left wondering if there’s a way to rate this experience as zero.

Unbelievable delivery service experience. My package spent a week in a warehouse because the service requested information on its origin, despite having all documentation attached. This shipment was a piece of art, and the seller has since switched to a different delivery service due to this issue. Others should consider doing the same.
