The third time, it seems the website decided to steal the package, claiming I had changed my name on their site. They asked me for proof that the items belonged to me, and I gave them everything. It's been 15 days since I paid the reshipping fees and I haven't received a response. I filed a complaint with the French consumer protection organization, which promised to take action against the website. They're scammers. I highly recommend Arseli.

This was my first time dealing with Porsay, I’m very happy with the results, I needed several pieces shipped to me in the same box and all were very professionally packed and arrived undamaged and quickly, will definitely be using their services again.

I paid using a valid card in my name. Despite my bank confirming the transaction, Porsay refused to ship my package unless I sent a video of my bank account and a photo of my ID. No clear reason, just copy-paste replies. Their own dashboard shows “Awaiting Shipping,” but they won’t admit payment went through. Feels shady -- I’ve reported them. Avoid this service.__Edit:Apparently Porsay thinks they’re above banks now. My card issuer verified my identity and confirmed the payment -- in writing. But that’s not enough for this shady parcel service. They want my ID, a bank video, maybe next they'll ask for a DNA sample.You're not a financial institution. You're a shipping middleman holding paid parcels hostage behind made-up "verification" hoops. It's not fraud prevention -- it’s pure extortion.
