Important Insights. When utilizing this service to establish an LLC, there are multiple subscription fees involved. I attempted to cancel online twice but continued to incur charges. Upon calling, I was informed that cancellations must be done via phone. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card provider.

Swyft Filings is a predatory company. They get you to sign up for a plan to form your business, but then they opt you in for several charges and subscriptions that are hidden and otherwise unknown. There is nothing on the website that alerts you to such subscriptions or the frequency. It is difficult to stop the charges with Swyft Filings. You have to call your bank to stop payments and keep checking to ensure that your credit card has not been charged again. The customer service reps are of little help in canceling subscriptions. You just have to monitor and do extra work to make sure you dispute charges. Do NOT use this company to form your business. There are other more reputable companies like NorthWest that are transparent and quick with responding to your requests. Also the registered agent fee is excessive...$149 every quarter as opposed to an annual fee. Beware of Swyft Filings...headaches and money lost are in your future if you go with them.
