They do not stand behind return policy

I read the return policies before I purchased thinking they didn't have the correct size but the size I purchased seemed ok, but my dog has lost weight recently. Anyway they Would Not Let Me Return!!!!I think this is reprehensible. I ordered from AMAZON and made sure of course that there were free returns on the item. Now I have a costume to add to a land fill. Shame on you!

Dog product dangerous to dogs health?

Brought one of their products for my dog. The product was quickly falling apart. I was worried about the health impact on my dog if he ate any pieces of the product. I have emailed them many times to ask about the product details but they don't respond. I suggest you do not buy their products as they could put your dogs health at risk.

very bad service. it is not good company to buy wholesale products. a woman of customer service hung up with cancellation.lack of information, lack of website features, wholesale is not the wholesale for sellers.
