Just got our tap and share google review key chains so haven't had a chance to try them out yet but looks like they should work great. We did have issues with the password they sent not working (twice) but they took care of it and now they seem to be working good.
When we encountered an issue with the initial setup, they were responsive and really helpful. The ability to add any information you like (not just a limited selection of predetermined drop-down menus like most other companies offer) is a huge plus. When we decided to purchase additional Tap and Share products, they assisted us with connecting all the devices to a single profile -- exemplary customer service!
I love the simplicity...I have discovered the Smart business cards and once set up, which was very simple and easy do to, i realised that it made perfect sense. Customers are impressed with the technology and are genuinely surprised when they see what I can share with a sinple tap. The fact that it can be customised in the background and changed continuously is super cool
