I was transferred in Athens with my company and in the exhausting searching for an apartment I bumped in Diamona Asklipiou building. I went and checked the apartments and I couldn’t believe that I finally found a home. I stayed there for about a year during 2023 and my experience of living there was truly amazing and I highly recommend it. The apartments are new, fully equipped and furnished, the interior and exterior design is so beautiful, they have lounge area where you can chill and an amazing rooftop where you and your friends can enjoy the view of Lycabettus. All the girls from the company are friendly and very helpful and made my staying more easy. The maintenance team is also great, professionals every time I needed something where there to fix it even late hours! Next time my company transfers me to Athens Diamona will be the first choice for housing and if you are searching for a place to stay and feel like home you should check it because I am sure that you won’t find an apartment downtown Athens with all the necessities and super safety in such price.
We have been blessed to have found Diamona when we moved to Greece last year. The apartment, the building, the people, the neighbors, everything was so perfect and that allowed us to feel welcomed and comfortable in our new environment.We lived for a year at their building on Bouboulinas street, and the worst things we experienced were: no heating system (common in Greece - some of their other properties have a heating system), bothering street noises at times (well, it's Athens), and mild conflicting practices between tenants when using the laundry room (can you really blame the landlord for that?).Frankly, it's impossible to find better at this price range in the center of the city (and I have searched everything on Spitogatos - literally). If you want a temporary residence in Athens, from 3 months to 1 or 2 years, look no further, this is your best option.We are leaving because we want to experience beach life in the Peloponnese, but if we ever return to Athens at some point in our lives, be it next year or in 10 years, Diamona will always be our first choice!
Don't rent from them. Communication got slow and lots of questions were left unanswered when I needed to move out. Apartments are relatively new but there's mold. The neighbors are unique. Rules are rarely followed, especially regarding the washing machines, and at times, it feels like living with farm animals. The walls are paper-thin, and quiet hours are not respected.Tenants have been complaining about various issues for months—issues that could have been easily resolved by the company but were never addressed.On Spitogatos, I find it weird that they use pictures of different apartments than what the housing advertisement is about.Wouldn’t recommend this place. For this price in Greece, you’d expect better. Also, lots of the great reviews on Google are from the employees of the company, and mysteriously some of the reviews that didn’t praise this company have disappeared.
