I’ve tried a lot of outdoor gear, and this company really stands out for quality. The materials feel tough and durable, and the build quality is excellent without sacrificing comfort. Everything fits well and feels made for real-world use, not just looks. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was faster than I expected. Customer support was also great—they replied quickly and helped me confirm the right size before shipping. Very happy with both the product and the service.
The quality, construction, and ergonomics are outstanding in nearly every aspect.
If I could wish for something: two-way zips on jackets and a slightly stiffer hood wire for extreme wind conditions.
I hate modifying my gear, but I had to stiffen one hood because the wind was insane.
Still — one of the best-built kits I own.
From the moment you unpack it, you know DIG gear is the real deal premium materials, solid construction. The only thing I’d change: the pocket layout on the shorts could use an inner divider for smaller items. Other than that, absolutely brilliant.
Finding the right product was fast and easy thanks to the well-organized categories. The quality is impressive, and I’m already looking forward to my next purchase through DIG. You can genuinely feel the difference in performance.

On the 15th Sept. 2025, I attempted to purchase an Arctic Parka Gen.2-M jacket, along with a Defender Gen.2 black-M pants. Problems started with DIG's on-site measurement guide, which repeatedly indicated that I should purchase a small size. I know this to be incorrect and having communicated my particulars to DIG, I eventually purchased medium. However, according to the terms and conditions outlined on DIG's website, had I purchased the small size, as persistently indicated by their measurement guide, I would have had to pay for the cost of a return/replace, in spite of the fact that their measuring guide made the error. Responsibility? Accountability? Having received my package, I was initially very impressed with the Arctic Parka jacket, well constructed/finished, warm, comfortable, extending well below the hips from front to back whilst extending further down over the buttocks at the rear. However, upon examining the Gen.2 pants, whilst I was again impressed with the finish, what shocked and disappointed me was the pants appeared unfit for purpose. As the weather at the time was mild and extremely dry, I was forced to wait for more than two weeks for a change in the weather and the chance of properly testing the kit.In terms of water resistance/repellence, the Arctic Parka is advertised as having a water resistance rating of over 20,000mm. Having completed a 30k walk in moderate rainfall, in my opinion the jacket is closer to 10,000mm in water resistance and very remote to 20,000 as advertised. Furthermore, the two large front pockets of said jacket actually leaked, more than enough to cause water damage to an iPhone, presenting a very serious defect in an otherwise reasonably solid and sound jacket. And despite the fact that the jacket is built for warmth, I have a Gore-Tex jacket that is half the weight and without the padding of the Arctic Parka, a jacket that is exceptionally warmer. From over 50 years of walking up to 70k weekly, to include an extensive array of wet/warm gear, in my opinion the Arctic Parka is worthy of an overall score of 6 out of 10.The Gen 2. pants are at the very bottom of this 10 step ladder, proving to be nothing short of a joke. When you open up the on-site details regarding the Gen 2. pants, you are met with a video of water being abundantly poured over said pants, indicating an extremely high degree of water resistance/repellence. Furthermore, the pants is advertised as possessing a combined water resistance/repellence of 1000mm+20,000mm, which when added as advertised, suggests an overall resistance/repellence of 21,000. However, the aforementioned is not only extremely misleading and, following my complaint to DIG and in addition to the video of the pants showing an extremely high resistance to water, I am left with little doubt that the advert pertaining to the Gen 2. pants is not only misleading but also deliberately intended to deceive. In fact, the 1000mm water resistance/repellence refers to the entire pants, minus the knees, which are finished in Cordura, a thick nylon, with a DIG rating of 20,000mm water resistance/repellence. In effect, minus the Cordura patches over the knees, the entire pants has not only a water resistance of 1000mm, which in real terms is not only equivalent to a tea towel, it also absorbs and retains water like a tea towel. Hence, the 20,000mm water resistance/repellence of the tiny knee patches is useless from above and below, where it's usefulness is relegated to providing extra strength and reinforcement for the knees. It was in the first 5k of my 30k walk in moderate rain that the Gen 2. pants stopped resisting, becoming overloaded and waterlogged. In my opinion, whilst the Cordura knee patches may indeed provide the advertised resistance of 20,000mm, they are useless in a pants that more accurately has little more than a 100mm water repellence/resistance.I complained to DIG regarding the defectively 'leaky' Arctic Parka jacket and the 'tea-towel' Gen 2. pants. And whilst DIG were quick to respond, I got zero satisfaction. What I got was a cocktail of defensiveness, evasiveness and manipulation, the experience of which was akin to complaining to God about one of his angels. Located in Serbia, i.e. not in the EU, presents problems (.g. Language etc.) in terms of following through on a complaint. DIG 'apparently' provide a Serbian link for such a process in their website. However, in spite of repeated efforts, the link is dead!In conclusion, in my opinion, whilst 'apparently' well constructed, the aforementioned products are over-priced, over-rated and my experience of communicating with DIG's complaints dept. was what I would expect from talking to a bot.In response to DIGS - Not revenge - JUSTICE!
