Why did I get charged - I don’t even have a log in anymore apparently!! Tell me how I can stop getting charged for something I have never used please!! Please email me to let me know how to stop all charges!! This is ridiculous and I do not want to have to get a whole new bank card because of you
This is one of the most frustrating programs I’ve enrolled in. I feel it is a scam. There is no communication through email about renewal notices and then I was just charged an additional $42 for “extension”. I did not sign up or agree to whatever “extension” is. I will be reporting this site because I feelIt is a scam.

There is no communication through email about renewal notices and then I was just charged an additional $48 for an “extension”. I did not sign up or agree to whatever this “extension” is. I signed up for this initially the 6th of August in 2024!!! I canceled it 11 days later due to the inconvenience of not having an app and just the general user difficulty I was not using it….so imagine my surprise when I was charged 48 dollars randomly in February of 2025!! This extension “crap” is just that. I will be reporting this site because wherever I can bc I feeI certain this is a scam!
