You can't see any menu or recipe options before purchase. Once I could see the November food plan and recipes I decided I needed to cancel because I have serious food intolerances such as citrus, most spices used for seasoning, many fruits/vegetables. The one email provided (hellodigestiplan.com) does not work. I can't believe you can't get a refund on the day of purchase if you see that it cannot work.
As a company, I would expect you to send reminders to your subscribers before renewal, as is common business practice with other subscription services. I have never had an issue getting a refund for a canceled subscription the day a renewal was charged to my bank account. Customer service will not give me said refund, saying I did not cancel before renewal. I forgot I even had an automatic renewal, which tells you how often I actually used this service (i.e. never). I paid for the first full 6 months knowing I may (or may not) use the product. I refuse to pay for the next six months knowing I don't even have the app any longer! Refund your customers!
I’d give zero stars if I could. Charged a fee and have no dealings with this company, no emails, no products. Either it is fraud or I accidentally clicked something that duped me into unknowingly subscribing. Submitted fraud inquiry with credit card company. Saw similar reviews as mine where company advised to login to website but I never signed up so no way to login and there is no customer service number I can find.
They promise to be a unique site to help you control your stress hormones - total lies. Once they have your money you get access to a site that is a basic calorie, step and water tracker. It just encourages you to eat less and move more - not exactly new news! Trying to follow their unrealistic meal plans and count calories would just increase my stress! When I tried to cancel (within an hour of signing up) they refused to give me more than a 50% refund. Fortunately PayPal came to the rescue and gave me a full refund. Avoid Digestiplan - there are much better diet apps out there - this is not special in any way.
I signed up for Digesti yesterday and there was quite a lot of money taken from my bank.I would be grateful to know what I have bought from you please?Also somehow I was put back to the questionnaire and I can't go further because it wants me to pay again .Can you p[lease help me I can't find Customer Support hence this ?
