I had a deep plane face lift and brow lift under 2 weeks ago. I am already seeing such a huge difference with the swelling going down and bruising. I had an amazing experience with all of the clinic hub staff every single one of them are amazing very knowledgeable and patient people. I normally struggle whilst I’m away with food as I’m a very fussy vegetarian however I think this is the first time I didn’t loose weight. The hotel catered for everyone. My surgeon has a lovey calming personality and is such a talented man I am so happy with the way everything went. If I could give one piece of advice please take a companion.. I was originally going to doing alone but if can be difficult to dress yourself and even look in the mirror the first few days. All of this is explained and expected but I definitely am glad my partner was there. Thank you to everyone that helped me in my journey and dr Ozan is seriously talented surgeon I am a very happy client.
I did so much research and was certain dr samil was the best and he proved me right. He was so kind and humble and listened to everything I wanted. The team was just as amazing and the amount of support I was given before and after I was very suprised by. I’m from Australia and the process here is very different. I watched my cousin get hers done in Australia and there were no tests done beforehand, no hospital stay and no help afterwards and she paid $30k AUD. I felt barely any pain and had no swelling and only minimal bruising. I was worried because my wedding is in 6 months but am so happy now I’m so glad I went through with it. I recently returned from undergoing a procedure. Initially, I was anxious about having surgery abroad, but I soon realized there was no reason to worry. From my first conversation with the coordinator, I was impressed by their professionalism and constant communication. My surgeon was remarkable, patiently answering all my questions throughout the process. The hospital was more like a luxury hotel than a typical facility, and the nursing staff were exceptional.
I underwent rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty, and the experience was fantastic. I was treated with great respect, all my inquiries were addressed, and the staff was very accommodating. The level of care and professionalism from the doctor, nurses, and the team was far superior to what I have encountered in the Western world. From transportation to pre- and post-surgery care, I had nothing to worry about. However, the hotel, which is a separate entity, did not meet expectations. The temperature control was managed by the administration, leading to discomfort in the room, which was small, cramped, and lacked proper ventilation. We were left to endure constant heat, which was especially tough for my children. Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff often ignored our calls. Fortunately, the team stepped in and managed to provide some cooling for a couple of days, but then reverted to heating. It's critical for guests to have a comfortable environment, especially after surgery. This hotel requires significant improvements; it does not deserve a 5-star rating, as there was only one restaurant and no kids' club. The only negative aspect of my trip was the hotel; otherwise, the care from the team was exceptional.
I would definitely book through the service again! Everyone was incredibly kind, making my experience comfortable and enjoyable. The entire team was amazing, always ready to address my concerns. Nurses and doctors checked on me daily during my post-op recovery in my hotel room and responded quickly to messages. My surgeon was not only professional but also very personable, clearly explaining the surgical process. I appreciated every moment of my stay.

The service was overall amazing. The team was extremely organized and kept me informed ahead of time. The medical staff at the hotel were very helpful and punctual for morning check-ups. My surgeon did a fantastic job, and I am very pleased with my results, even so soon after the procedure. I would recommend him without hesitation!
