First off I was able to make an informed purchase because the online review the seller posted on there website , Ordering was effortless and the product arrived in just 2 days ( really fast ) . The seller added a kit kat bar which my mom stole from me which was a very nice personnel touch along with a photo and short bio of the person who shipped the product to me which made me feel like like I was dealing with a real live person . All this made me feel real special and I thank the seller for all this . All in all a real great experiance .
Any order that I place with Bloom Audio is always processed, shipped and received very promptly. The one thing that I truly appreciate most about my orders is the fact that they are always accompanied by a handwritten thank you note, a card with a picture and facts about the employee that packaged the order and a couple of pieces of candy! That’s definitely going above and beyond what most other companies do when you order from them. Thankfully I haven’t had any problems with any products that I ordered yet (at least when within the return period) but I’m certain that if I did they would provide excellent customer service…
