Good experience – I do recommend Diks Car Rental

Started as a disappointing experience, but it was solved – now I do recommend Diks Car RentalI rented a van from Diks (at De Pijp), and although the vehicle itself was new and worked very well, the return process had its bumps, but issues are fixed on time.I returned the van on the exact day and time agreed with the agency. However, when I arrived, there was no one from the Diks team available to inspect and receive the car. I handed the keys to the building's attendant (as instructed), and then immediately took multiple high-resolution photos and videos of the entire car, clearly showing no scratches or damage whatsoever.A few hours later, I received a call from Diks claiming there was a scratch on the car and demanding that I pay for it. In fact, the car looked perfect when I returned it. I sent them all the evidence, they initially disregarded it and refused to accept my arguments, but later they accept it, because none of my photos or videos showed any scratch at all. In general, the experience was good, cars are high quality and personnel are very polite.
