Good service and car.

I was happy with the experience of renting from Diks. The folks at the counter were very helpful and did they best to meet the needs. It will be great if we can (more of less) get the same car shown in the booking. I understand this is difficult, but would be a great add-on to the service.

Easy to hire a van

Easy to hire a van, friendly service. I added on 15 euros to reduce the own risk - just in case. Easy pickup and super easy return. Great to know there's a van hire service right in my neighborhood. And I was surprised how easy it was to drive a big van.

Wrong date

I had put the wrong date on my reservation and Diks phoned me to double check and I was able to change the date on the phone call. Very polite and easy.

I feel like this place is my personal garage. Extremely friendly and pragmatic staff, always looking for ways to help out. Honestly, Diks Amstelveen Noord is one of the reasons why I don't buy a car.
