I was more than happy with the whole experience! The guys were amazing and very helpful. They took the time to show and explain everything that was needed. With things like this I am aleays scared I get scammed out of my deposit but there was no need! They were efficient and kind and patient and fair. Would 100% reccomend!
We had a great experience with DIKS rental. Event though we did not have a Dutch bank account for the deposit, the agent helped us find a solution. We could also get a larger vehicle than the one we booked online for the same price. The vehicle was really nice and there was no stress about returning it at a specific time as it was a same-day rental, we could return it in the evening.I would highly recommend it and for sure would rent again at DIKS!
