My package got lost in the mail. I reached out them, and they claim to launch an ivestigation. they decided to WRITE the delivery company insted of call. I finally found the number nad called myself. it took TWO minutes to find out that the delivery company sent my package back bc Diouda didnt give them a name, number, or NOTHING to reach me. i had to be the go between both companies as far as communication. Diouda got the package back. but has given NO indication of when they will be resnding my package. ALL comminucation been via email, as if we are living in 1980. the WORSE customer service ever. i will keep this reveiw posted, as time goes by bc they STILL HAVE NOT resolved the issue.
