The rackets were delivered on time, but I specifically requested them to be strung at 28 lbs. Both arrived strung at around 22 lbs, forcing me to pay out of pocket to have them restrung, even though stringing was supposed to be included in the price. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they sent me a photo of the machine set to 28 lbs as “proof”, as if that somehow proves the rackets I received were actually strung at that tension
A week has gone by without any updates on my order. I contacted the support team and was told that the delivery timeframe given during checkout is just an estimate, not a guarantee. There was no information or apology provided. In a time when timely updates and quick delivery are expected, this is simply poor customer service.

Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star since I expected the products to arrive on 22/12/25 when I ordered. I took a day off to wait for the delivery, but the tracking shows only that it was dispatched on 18/12/25. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but there have been no updates.
