I can’t fault the efficiency and communication of the team from the initial call to delivery, setup of the bed, and final collection. A special mention to the representative for his positive energy and professionalism. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that we ended the agreement 4 days early, and I was surprised that the refund was processed after the collection charge instead of being offset.
