We’ve just received our 7th kit from direct soccer and yet again it’s perfect from the embroidery and printing to the sizes and fit or the kit. Every kit has been very hard wearing and the printing never tarnishes through multiple seasons. Highly recommend this company and our custom will continue far into the future.
I ordered some goods, the goods were delivered wrongly, to a shopping trolley in a local shop. This was acknowledged, but DS have steadfastly refused to refund or send me the items I ordered despite me having spent thousands of pounds over the past few years. The value of the order was £30, yet they have been back and forth to me arguing the toss. Stating that I ordered it wrongly. I did not. but again, I can qualify that I never received the items, which i believe is against consumer law. The fact that they are arguing the toss over such a pathetic amount speaks volumes for their customer care, which is zero.
