Review Time
I ordered an item. Was too big. I ordered M and l am medium? Sent back straight away at my own cost £4.25 trackable. They refunded item but not the £3.99 delivery l paid getting the parcel.
"Not refunding delivery costs in the UK is generally against the law if you are an online shopper returning goods within the legal cancellation period"
I will never shop here again and only shop at amazon.
I suggest you read the many 1 star reviews before considering buying from this company.
They think on their returns policy it is acceptable to say original delivery cost that l paid will not be refundable.
I am writing this as a formal review because my experience has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been a simple, straightforward order has turned into a frustrating and frankly unacceptable ordeal.
The product I received was of extremely poor quality. The transfer was badly applied, with visible defects, a large crease running through the centre that would not come out despite multiple attempts, and—on top of that—the positioning and placement of the print were completely wrong. It looked careless, rushed, and nowhere near a professional standard.
What makes this even worse is how this was handled afterwards. I made every effort to be reasonable. I even agreed to pay for the T-shirt itself and only requested a refund for the defective transfer. Despite providing clear photo and video evidence, I was met with dismissive responses and repeatedly told that this met their “quality criteria,” which is frankly absurd. At times, the responses felt borderline gaslighting rather than genuine customer support.
They then got me send the item back, took out the crease and completely ignored my other issue with their low quality print and stick transfer job. The entire experience has completely destroyed any confidence I had in this company.
This is not just poor workmanship, it’s a complete lack of accountability and customer care. What started as a positive intention to support this business has turned into a deeply negative experience.
I strongly do not recommend using this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and go elsewhere if you want professional, reliable work done
Great price, quick delivery. Unfortunately unable to amend (add items) to order requested less than 12 hours after order placed, took over 24 hours to respond to request by which time order had dispatched. A shame, ordered additional item elsewhere as delivery fee was excessive. Otherwise all good
